How long we keep it

As long as tax and guest-registration obligations require. After that it is blocked and deleted.

Who we share it with

Providers we need to operate (web hosting, email, payment gateway) and public authorities where the law requires it.

If you booked via Booking.com or Airbnb, those platforms process your data under their own policies.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing by writing to evar@inmocosta.com. You may also complain to the Catalan Data Protection Authority.
